On April 30th, 2011, the DCH Foundation will be holding their 14th Annual BBQ & Blue Jeans at 6 p.m. at Water Oaks Farm in Tuscaloosa, AL. The proceeds go to the same fund that our bike ride funds will be going to, DCH Help & Hope Patient Assistance Fund. They will be displaying Memorials and Tributes at this event honoring cancer survivors, thanking our military and/or honoring special individuals or groups who have made a positive difference in your life. Or, remember those whose lives you once shared and whose memories are now special to you. The name of the person you are honoring and your message will be proudly displayed at the event. Your name will be listed as the donor. You may choose to send a picture of the person you are honoring. Pictures will be returned.
If you would like to purchase a Memorial or Tribute for someone, please make checks payable to DCH Foundation and indicate "Help & Hope Patient Assistance Fund." Suggested minimum is $25 each. Provide us with the following information:

Send contributors name and address so an acknowledgment of your memorial/tribute can be sent....and also for the return of your picture if you choose to include one.
